Suffolk Chiropractic | A gentle approach!
About Liz Bezance

"I love my job, and that I believe is an important reason why I get great results"
I started my working life as nurse, and then trained as a midwife, qualifying from Plymouth General Hospital. I served in the Queen Alexandra Royal Army Nursing Corps as a midwife and served in a number of overseas postings. After leaving the Army, I began training to become a chiropractor at the Mctimoney College of chiropractic in Abingdon
Since graduating I have completed training in advanced McTimoney techniques as well as advanced proficiency rating in Activator methods and am one of less than 50 chiropractors in this country who has trained in this technique to advanced standard. I have also received training in dry needling (also known as medical acupuncture) and advanced muscle release techniques. More recently I have undertaken additional training in foot biomechanics and am qualified to fit custom made orthotics (arch supports).
I attract a wide range of patients, from pregnant women, children, to sports people, and those with work strain. Elderly people also often have regular treatment to remain more mobile and supple, as well as those simply looking to improve their health and keep well.
My working life has always consisted of professional roles: therefore I have good experience and understanding of working alongside GP’s, dentists, midwives and health visitors, whilst maintaining confidentiality. I have a strong professional ethos underlying all of my work but at the same time, my clinic is relaxed and friendly which promotes good communication, enabling me to understand any impact your pain has and looking holistically at ways to help you resolve it.
I provide a truly individualized service and believe in working with my clients, offering related support and advice to produce a package that really can produce results and transform people lives for the better.
I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the United Chiropractic Association.
